OVERVIEW

About

The GBCA is comprised of member Concierges and guest service personnel from various Greater Boston hotels and residences, along with our affiliate members from local businesses and organizations.

History

The Greater Boston Concierge Association (GBCA) was founded in 1990 by a very small group of dedicated area concierges who were eagerly followed by another group to form the first association. The group envisioned an organization that would connect the city’s concierges and local businesses to provide even greater experience for guests and visitors alike. The network now connects both hotel and residential concierges, along with corporate affiliates to provide maximum reach for the area’s hospitality industry. The GBCA, the only networking association of its kind in Greater Boston, continues to thrive in the region known for rich history, fabulous dining and extraordinary attractions for all ages
