Danny Vargas, currently the chef concierge at Boston’s Seaport Hotel, and a member of the prestigious Les Clefs d'Or USA. With a rich background in hospitality extending over 23 years, Danny to worked in diverse cities, ranging from the vibrant culture of Dallas to the breathtaking beauty of Maui. Now, for the past 15 years I am proud to call Boston my home, a city that continues to inspire my passion for service. For the past decade, I have served as the chef concierge at the Seaport Hotel, where I strive to create memorable experiences for our guests.Vargas lists is a proudamember of Les Clefs d'Or USA since 2020, which has further deepened his commitment to excellence in hospitality. He hails from the best city in the world:Chicago, an avid sports fan of all Chicago sports, and especially a die-hard fan of the Chicago Bears (Bear Down).While he loves his job as a concierge, his favorite role is spending time with his wonderful wife Leanne and two beautiful children, Olivia (9) and Mateo (5) and Black Lab Makena (13), who bring immense joy. He also enjoys outdoor cooking and anything that involves his kids.Danny’s favorite recommendation is theBoston Public Library. It's not just the oldest library in the country. It is an architectural masterpiece with a stunning Renaissance façade. Beyond books, it’s a hub of learning and community, housing incredible art and literature.Admire the breathtaking murals and stunning marble that will leave you in awe.
