Rachel serves as the front desk manager and director of concierge operations for Cambria Boston Hotel Seaport. Hailing from a background of food & beverage, Rachel has managed various properties across the city of Boston as well as the state of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Never leaving a passion for the industry, Rachel finds joy in recommending some of her favorite Boston restaurants and chefs during her day to day behind the desk. Rachel joined the Greater Boston Concierge Association eager to gain further community connection, out-reach, and opportunities for guests of the hotel. She has joined the executive board for 2026 as Recording Secretary.
As a leader at her property, she has orchestrated building the concierge program from the ground up. Through her tutelage she has offered the team a wealth of knowledge in Boston area restaurants, events, landmarks, and tours to share with guests of the Cambria.
With a background in theatre and acting, Rachel enjoys attending live theatre and events and
the ability to let guests know what is playing locally. In addition to hosting dinners at her home and an avid passion for the culinary arts, when she is not working you will find Rachel attending local wine dinners & food events throughout the city with some of her favorite chefs and restaurant professionals.
Born and raised in Boston’s near-by neighbor Rhode Island, Rachel has spent over 10 years in
the city of Boston developing a deep passion for the culture. A graduate of the University of Rhode Island in Communication’s studies and English Literature, she likes to think communication embodies her personality most.
As far as what keeps her motivated? Nothing beats recommending a show or arestaurant to a guest and having them return to tell you how amazing it was or how much they valued the experience. You can’t beat that feeling of true assistance and hospitality.
