Ann Heimlicher, Recording Secretary
Finesse Hospitality /Boston Spot-Lite
Ann started her concierge career in 1987 working for incoming conventions at the Hynes Convention Center, World Trade Center, and various hotels throughout the city. In 1990 she started working at the Omni Parker House and was there for several years before moving to the Colonnade Hotel and a few other locations thereafter. She co-founded the GBCA and served on the Board as Director of Operations for 12 years. During Covid, Ann rejoined the board and has been serving as Recording Secretary.
Ann’s passion for Boston runs deep. With her demonstrated history of working in the marketing and hospitality industry, she founded Boston Spot-Lite, a company specializing in event management, marketing, promotions and media/community relations. Heimlicher graduated from Marist University (MA) with a Bachelor of Science (BS) where she focused on Business Marketing and French. She also attended The American School in London.
In her spare time, Ann serves on several boards including the Newbury Street League.
Ann’s favorite recommendation in Boston is the Public Library. I cherish the opportunity to send visitors to the first public library in the United States. The museum-like atmosphere is gorgeous, while the unique High Tea is out of this world!"
